Pudding with Chia Seeds and Forest Fruits

Chia seeds are beneficial for our body's health as they contain fiber, potassium and magnesium. The chia seed pudding recipe we present to you is perfect for those days you would like a sweet treat, but you do not have much time or patience to make it.

Chia seeds contain 34.4g of fiber, 17.8g of omega-3 fatty acids, 407mg of potassium and 335mg of magnesium per 100g of crude. 1. Pour Formula 1, milk and chia seeds into a lid-lined jar. Shake well and allow to sit for 10 minutes, or until the mixture begins to set, shaking it every so often.

2. While you wait, melt the forest fruits with a fork and spread them on the bottom of a glass or bowl. Gently pour the Formula 1 mixture over the melted fruit.

3. Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for several hours (or even overnight) until frozen.
